Sherrie Zander, owner of Performance Zone, is a certified personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise and DNA-based fitness coaching. With over a decade of experience as a licensed massage therapist, she combines deep knowledge of the human body with strength and resistance training to help clients enhance mobility, stability, and overall performance. Through individualized assessments and targeted training, Sherrie empowers you to build strength, prevent injury, and achieve your wellness goals. Rebecca brings over a decade of experience as a psychotherapist and a holistic wellness practitioner to her coaching approach. With a background in trauma-informed care, movement therapy, and lifestyle transformation, she supports individuals in creating balanced, intentional lives.

Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing is holistic—interweaving physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Rebecca uses a strengths-based, personalized method to help clients set realistic goals, improve mindset, and build sustainable habits. Sessions may include nutritional and movement guidance, stress reduction practices, and empowering education tailored to your wellness journey.

In addition to her clinical work, a is a certified Yoga and Tai Chi instructor, sound healing practitioner, and former Master Fitness Trainer in the military. She has supported clients through everything from anxiety and lifestyle shifts to bariatric preparation and performance coaching.

As the program coordinator, she facilitates our Facebook community, fosters connection through weekly yoga classes, and provides guidance every step of the way.
