If you’ve been feeling tired, tense, or disconnected from your body, sometimes the most powerful step is simply choosing to care for yourself!

The Living Simply Well Reset is a curated introductory experience designed to help you slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with your body in a meaningful way. This bundle combines discovery, therapeutic movement, and restorative care into one intentional starting point.

LSW Reset Bundle Includes:

  • This session with Angie Finch will include an in-depth review of lifestyle and a Styku body scan. This information will inform Angie of the changes that would be helpful and you will leave with an individualized wellness plan.

  • Sessions are tailored to your unique needs (which will be identified in the Styku scan) and may include gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and guided rest.

  • Sessions are completed by introducing various sound and vibrational frequencies to the body to release physical, mental, and emotional tensions to find a peaceful state of mind, body, and spirit.

  • This follow-up session with Angie provides an opportunity to reflect on your reset experience. Together, you’ll review how your body has been responding, discuss any questions that have come up, and refine your personalized wellness plan. Angie will offer additional guidance so you may continue moving forward with clarity, support, and confidence in your wellness journey.

Can be used over the course of one year, allowing integration at your own pace.
